Experience and Empathy

Our experienced caregivers provide clients with safety, companionship, and emotional support. They devote 100 percent of their attention to maintaining a positive and healthy environment.

Consistency of Care

Clients choose the caregiver that is best matched to their needs. We do our best to place a caregiver with a client for the long term, ensuring consistency.

24 Hours a Day

A Home Care Assistance live-in caregiver stays in the adult's home 24 hours a day, and is available to assist morning, noon, and night. If we provide live-in care seven days a week, we typically assign a primary caregiver who provides care for four to five days a week and a back-up caregiver who covers the remainder of the week.

Maximum Professionalism

Home Care Assistance live-in caregivers are permitted on the client's premises only during their assigned days and nights. They are strictly forbidden from using the client's property, such as phone, television, or car for their personal use.

Care Away from Home

Our caregivers can provide around-the-clock companionship and monitoring for safety during hospital stays. Plus, many residents of assisted living or nursing home facilities rely on Home Care Assistance caregivers to provide the personal one-to-one attention they deserve.

Family Peace of Mind

You gain peace of mind because reliable, qualified caregivers are caring for your parent or family member. We are on call to help around the clock so that you can enjoy quality time with your loved one. Home Care Assistance reduces stress for the whole family.
